Process, terms and conditions

Once a commission has been accepted a first payment of half the total amount will be required to start the process, and the remainder shall be paid once it's finished, before shipping.
All payments are non-refundable. Shipping is a calculated separate from the original cost as it can be impacted by weight and dimensions. Once the item is shipped and it leaves my hands I am no longer responsible for it.
